LANDIKOTAL:Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Khyber Agency chapter leaders on Sunday asked the Khyber the Pakhtunkhwa government to provide basic facilities to the Bara displaced persons residing in Jalozai IDPs camp.
PML-N Khyber Agency president Sohail Afridi and general secretary Ikramullah Jan Kukikhel in their separate statements said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister along with his cabinet are in Islamabad while thousands of displaced persons from Bara were languishing in jalozai IDPs camp. Sohail said he had visited Jalozai camp two days ago where the inmates had no basic facilities like clean dirnking water,proper foods,health care facilities and other necessities. The PML-N leader said he met several displanced persons in the camp who were living in extremely unhygienic condition.
Ikramullah Jan said Provincial Disaster Management Authority(PDMA) had already reduced the food ration to half and food items provided to IDPs were of substandard quality.
He said that this had badly affected the physical health of most of the camp inmates.He said KPK Chief Minister was enjoying his dancing parties in Islamabad while his cabinet members also dancing with him on top of container. Ikram accused that Pervez Khattak should serve the Fata displaced persons residing in Jalozai camp rather to arrange musical nights in Islamabad.
The PML-N leaders threatened that if PTI-led KPK government is not provide basic facilities to to the Bara displaced perosns in jalozai Camp they would to block the Peshawar-Nowshera road and would organize a protest sit-in in front of the Governor’s House in Peshawar .
