US education seeker's family faces life threats

 
: Family of a tribal student seeking higher education in United States of America demanded life protection of the repeated threats from the unknown people.

Mohammad Sohail Abbas, 16, resident of Ghundi village in Jamrud subdivision, told reporters that his father Aftab Afridi had got Fata education scholarship in USA where he was seeking higher education in for the last two years. He said that he and his family had been receiving life threats from unknown people that they will kill all his family members if his father was not returned to Pakistan. He said that militants gave them warnings by phone calls and chits.
“We will be killed if government and security forces not provide them complete security because militants consider them as USA agents”, Abbas said.  He said militants believe that those getting education in USA is un-Islamic.  Abbas said that several attacks have so far carried out on their properties and destroyed their two schools and a water supply scheme. He said that two of his uncles have already escaped due to the militants’ fear and he did not know about their whereabouts.
He demanded of the Federal and KPK government and security forces to provide them security.
