LANDIKOTAL: Local residents and dozens of PTI supporters staged protest demonstration against the Medical Superintendent(MS)of Agency Headquarters hospital here on Sunday.
The protesters took rally in Landikotal bazaar and chanted slogans against the Medical Superintendent. They were holding placards inscribed with the MS transfers slogans.
Addressing on the occasion, PTI leaders Zarbullah Shinwari,Fakhruddin Shinwari alleged that MS Jan Mir Dawar has opened a private labourroom at his government residence at AHQ hospital. They said that wife of MS is running the private labourroom during the official hours.
Fakhruddin Shinwari said MS was playing with the poor patients as he refer delivery cases to his wife where she charge a patients a huge amount.He said each patients is being charge of Rs 10,000 to 15,000 which was not affordable for the poor patients.
The local residents threatened that if he was not transferred at the earliest they would stage protest at the front of Khyber House in Peshawar.
They appealed from the Governor KPK and health officials to take notice of the irregularities taking place in AHQ hospital in Landikotal.
