LANDIKOTAL: The security forces defused a missile found on a
roadside in Mazreena area of Landikotal tehsil in Khyber agency, local and
official sources said on Saturday.
Taking action on a tip off, the security forces rushed to
Mazreena area where unknown miscreants had concealed short-range missile in a
bag and placed on a roadside, the sources said. The security forces cordoned
off the area and defused the missile which was attached with an operating
system, sources said. Two persons, Taj Ali, resident of Sultankkhel Landikotal
and Abba Jan, an Afghan national, were arrested on the basis of suspicion and
sent them to Landikotal lock up for investigation.
