LANDIKOTAL: A Khasadar was injured and two mules(Khachars) died when unknown people targeted a team of Khasadars and Frontier Corps(FC) personnel with a remote controlled bomb in Landikotal, official and local sources said on Saturday.
The sources said that unknown militants had planted an Explosive Improvised Device (IED) on the pedestrian way through which they supply drinking water to the security forces posts located upper Abdul Khaad mountains' peaks. The bomb went off around 9 am. when a team of FC Khasadars were taking water by mules. A Khasadar identified Dunya Dar while, two mules loaded with potable water. The injured Khasadar received injuries while two mules killed on the spot, the sources said. The injured Khasadar was rushed to agency Headquarters Hospital, sources said.
