Passenger killed in traffic collision,Torkham officials resumed duties

LANDIKOTAL: A passenger was died and two others sustained injuries when a trailer truck rammed over a pick-up van near Michni checkpost in Landikotal tehsil of Khyber Agency,official sources said on Friday.
The sources said that a loaded trailer truck(1265-C) was on its was to Afghanistan rammed over a passengers' van(646-HS) coming from the opposite direction from Torkham border.As a results, three persons identified as Redi Gul,Zaman and Gulbaddin were seriously injured.The injured persons were rushed to Landikotal Headquarters Hospital wher  Redi Gul succumbed to his injuries,sources said.
Meanwhile,Pakistan customs officials and other staffmembers on Friday resumed their duties after 24 hours suspension after the huge suicide blast carried out  at Torkham customs house  on Thursday. 27 persons including Pakistan customs officials had been injured in the attack.
