10 days deadline sets to hand over Kokikhel wanted militamts

KHYBER AGENCY: Commandent Swat Scouts addresse Kokikhel elders

KHYBER AGENCY: The security forces and Khyber Agency top officials warned the Kokikhel elders to hand over wanted militants and their facilitators in ten days otherwise they have no option to take strict military actions in Jamrud.

All this said by Swat Scout Commandent  Colonel Naeemullah and political agent of Khyber while speaking to Kokikhel and Mulagori tribes elders in Pump House in Jamrud on Sunday.
Commandant Colonel Naeemullah said Kokikhe tribesmen have no other option but constitute peace committees to block militants movements in the area.

Talking about the Badaber inciden, Col, Naeemullah said those who kill worshippers in Mosques were not the Muslims.He said the security forces took timely action and saved hundreds of others'  lives in the militants attack carried out on the airforce residential estate in Peshawar.
Col Naeem asked the Kokikhel tribesmen to stand up and support the security forces.He said some of the local tribesmen suspected of facilitating militants in making terror plans in Pakistan.
Swat Scout cammandent warned the Kokikhel elders that they had no other option either to demonstrate as real Pakistsni and stand up against militants or play in the hands of anti-state elements.
Col Naeem said they had reliable information about the local residents who help militants coming across the border from Afghanistan.Col Naeem said the situation being getting worse in Jamrud tehsil as local residents not play their due role. He said India was purchasing people's loyalties and use them against Pakistan.

Commandent Swat Scout warned the Kokikhel elders that they would demolish homes of those who found guilty.
Col Naeem lauded the Pashtoon's role in the Pakistan's  independence war said that Pashtoons have their unique tradition being friend and foe. He asked the Kokikhel tribesmen to constitute protection committees at village level to help protect their respective areas.

Col Naeemullah conveyed IGFC message to the local elders said that local Maliks and Mashran would be held responsible if any of blast takes place in between three hundred yards near to their resident.
 The second point, col Naeem said, those taking help from India and Afghanistan were the enemy of Pakistan and their homes would be raised to ground.
PA Shahab told the Kokikhel elders that they do not want to play with the peace being restored at the cost of hundred of security personnel lives.

PA Khyber said they have received solid information about the terrorism plots being prepared in Jamrud to sabotage peace in Pakistan.
Shahab said it was the moral obligation of every citizen to play for the solidarity and integrity of Pakistan.

Shabbat said four of the Badhber attackers were from Khyber Agency. He urged the elders to help the security forces to eliminate social evils from the area.

Shahab warned Kokikhel elders that all previllages would be taken back from them if they failed to help the government.
Shahab asked the tribesmen to keep vigilant eye as militants were preparing terror plots in Khyber Agency during Eid days.
PA Shahab said the time has gone when militants had their sanctuaries and other centres in Khyber.He said that a list of around 34 wanted militants hailing from Kokikhel would soon be handover to the elders.
Setting up ten days deadline, PA Khyber said they have prepared their final strategy which would be implemented on the expiration of the deadline.
PA Khyber announced Rs,01million bounty for the information about the militants presence and their names would be kept in secrete.
Kokikhel elders Malik Ismaeel, Malik Israr, Malik Manan Mulagori, Sabz Ali, Malik Salahuddin and Malik Faizullah Jan addressed and assured the security forces for their support.
Later announcements were made in local mosques in Lwara Mina and Tatara Mosques asking peoples to keep watch on suspected movements. They were told through loadskeeprs that inform the security forces and local administration officers if suspected any one.
