KHYBER AGENCY: At least 13 militants were killed and seven of their centers were destroyed when Pakistan Air Force jet fighters pounded their hideouts in different areas of Tirah valley,official and local sources said on Monday.
The sources said that jet fighters carried out strikes over Tor Darra,Sur Kas,Wacy Wanay,Duwa toey,Sra Khawra and Sra Wela areas of Kokikhel in Tirah valley,killing 13 fighters and injured 10 others.
According to Inter Services Public Relations(ISPR) statements here issued also claimed to have destroyed seven of their positions they had occupied in Tirah valley.
According to local sources the number of deaths and injured militants in the bombardment would rise as militants had reached the site and retrieving the bodies and injured fighters from the debris of the
compounds.
