LANDIKOTAL: A Pakistani driver was injured in a Afghan Taliban ambush near Marko area,some 35 kilometers from Torkham border,sources said on Saturday.
The sources said that a truck loaded with US armoured vehicles was on way to Pakistan via Torkham from Kabul when gunmen opened indiscriminate firing on it.As a results, driver of the truck identified as Noor Mir,resident of pasedkhel Landikotal critically wounded.The injured driver was rushed to Landikotal hospital wherefrom he was shifted to Hayatabad Medical Complex((HMC)due to his serious health condition,hospital sources said.
