Forces released 281 tribals


LANDIKOTAL: The 281 tribals arrested during the military and search operation in Bara subdivision were released on Tuesday, Khidmat-e-Khalq committee spokesman said.
The Khidmat-e-Khalq committee spokesman, haji Turab Ali, told The News on phone that donzens of locals had been arrested during the search and military operation conducted in Bara subdivision from March 12 to 16. He said that they hold several meetings with the officials and succeeded to get release 281 tribal people after issuing them clearance certificates to them. He said that the released persons were arrested from Speen Qabar, Jansay, Mandai Kas and were shifted to fort Salop Frontier Crops camp in Bara. He said the 25 students, several government schools teachers and an elder of Sepah tribe identified as Haji Taza Gul were among those released by the security forces. He and local people appreciated the security forces stance and urged for further cooperation with the Khidmat-e-Khalq committee.
