Tribals stage protest in Islamabad against FCR

LANDIKOTAL: Demanding Fata merger into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa thousands of Fata Siyasi Etihad workers and civil society organizations held protest demonstration in Islamabad on Monday.

Dozens of provincial and central party leaders,Fata lawyers,tribal parliamentarians and students including PTI MNA Asad Omar,Khyber Siyasi Etihad president Shahid Khan Shinwari,Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao,MNA Alhaj Shaji Gul,JI ameer Serajul Haq,Mian Iftikhar,Naeemul Haq,Shahabuddin,Jalaluddin,Bushra Gaohar,Sitara Ayaz and Shah Hussain Shinwari and others addressed on the occasion.
They chanted slogans as "Go FCR GO.
Speakers said that tribal people have been suffering from ignorance,poverty and terrorism. They said that the basic cause of all these social evils was the draconian British left Regulations.
PTI MNA Asad Omar said that any single person have no right to decide the fate of tribal people. "Not Asad Omar nor Imran Khan have authority to merge Fata or change into Para but what tribal want would be accepted to the rest of Pakistan,said Asad Omar.

JI ameer Sirajul Haq said that Fata was made a battle ground to secure US and allied forces interests safe.

He said million of tribal people were deprived of their homes and properties in Fata and compelled to live in IDPs camps.
JI ameer alleged PML-N led central government that tribal people used as fire wood to earn dollars. He said the time has gone to make tribal people fit her fool.
Qomi Watan Party Chief Aftab Ahmad Khan announced his full support to merge Fata into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said they would seriously take up this motion with the rest of his parliamentary colleagues.
Khyber Siyasi Ethihad president Shahid Khan Shinwari said that all the Fata political party leaders were agreed to merge Fata in KPK. He said they would not accept to governed by the elit class what they call it Maliks and traditional elders.He said tribal Maliks supporting bureaucracy who promote corruption in Fata.

Shahid said if the Frontier Crime Regulations(FCR) was a favorite laws why it was eliminated from other areas of Pakistan.

MNA Shahji Gul said that governor house was always used as King palace. He said they will pull out political agents from their offices and replace them with the public representatives. He said their struggle would be continue until Fata status not changed.

Shahji said tribal people were united to fight against ignorance,terrorism and corruption. He said bureaucracy was not ready to bring Fata into main stream politics.
He said tribal would no more allow to play with their dignity and honor.
The protest was stsrted at 2pm and peacfull ended at 7pm.
