Khyber Siyasi Ethihad asks Fata parliamentarians to join them


LANDIKOTAL:Khyber Siyasi Ethihad leaders on Wednesday said that it was a question mark for ten million tribal people that why Fata parliamentarians, who had initiated "Haqooq-e-Qabail Tehrik" took U-turn when the movement reached to its final stage.

Speaking to a press conference,Khyber Siyasi Ethihad(political movement)president Shahid Shinwari flanked by other tribal leaders said that those Fata leaders who had declared them selves as the poineers of the movement went underground. Shinwari lamented the Fata leader in National Assembly Alhaj Shahji Gul Afridi for his statement published in newspapers that they would not participate in the set-in scheduled on November 16 in Islamabad. He said the elected tribal parliamentarians were not political parties leaders as they were changing their language every day.

Shinwari said tribal parliamentarians should publically announce the reason which compelled them to take U-turn from the movement they had initiated for the rights of Fata people.

He said Fata people have realized that only political parties could play an important role for the better future of tribal people.

Urging the tribal people and political workers Shahid Shinwari said that thousands of tribals would participate in the set-in organized at D-Chowk in Islamabad on 16 November.Adding that all the political parties were agree and have finalized their plan to actively participate in the long march which would get its start from Peshawar.
He said setting parliamentarian was not ready to abolish Frontier Crime Regulation from Fata as MNA Shahabuddin resigned from the parliament.
Khyber Siyasi Ethihad leaders threatened that they willstage protest demonstrations at the front of homes of all tribal parliamentarians if they failed to join them in the set-in at D-Chowk.
