Mullagori elders appeal for the release of their property from Land-Mafia

LANDIKOTAL:Residents threatened that they would stage a protest demonstration at the front of governor house if their property worth billion of rupees was not released from an influential tribal elder in Mulagori area of Khyber Agency.
Speaking to a news conference on Tuesday Subedar (R) Sabz Ali,Haji Sarfaraz,Kamal Dar Khan and Amjid Ali accused that with the help of political Naib Tehsildar Mulagori and Khasadars' Line Officer Taj Khan their opponents Haji Saad Khan and Lawang had illegally occupied on their land since last few years. They said 4320 Marlas land,worth billion of rupees, in the occupation of their opponent where the Khasadars' Line Officer had constructed home.

Sabz Ali said they sent several local jirgas and filed written application to  tehsildar Mulagori, Asmatullah Wazir but he failed to take action against the land Mafia in Mulagori area. 

Amjid alleged that Saad Khan and Lawang were criminals involved kidnappings for ransom. He said the security forces had recovered a huge quantity of weapons and narcotics from the homes of a few months ago.

Haji Sarfaraz,Kamal threatened that Mulagori if their land was not released from the accused persons within five days they would hoist black flags on their houses in Mullagori and will stage a protest demonstration at the front of governor House and Fata Secretariat in Peshawar.
