LANDIKOTAL: Unknown gunmen shot and dead two Khasadar force personnel in separate incident took place in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber agency, official sources said on Sunday
The sources said that a Khasadar official, Hawaldar Muhammad Ayaz was on his way to home at 12 am Saturday night when few gunmen intercepted him near his home in Shakas area of Jamrud and sprayed him with bullets. The injured Khasadar official was rushed to Jamrud hospital but succumbed to his injuries before reaching to hospital, sources said.
Five hours later from the first target killing, another incident, unknown gunmen shot dead another proxy Khasadar man near Tedi Bazaar in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency, local and official sources said. Proxy Khasadar Khasadar identified as Akhtar Amin was performing his duty in near Pak-Afghan highway when gunmen opened indiscriminate fire and killed him on the spot. Both the family members of the slain Khasadars have said that they had no enmity with anyone which claimed two lives
meanwhile, a man,identified as Imdaad was shot injured by a member of his rival party. The incident happened during a local jirga held in Jamrud bazaar in Khyber Agency. The Injured person was rushed to Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar, local sources said.
