LANDIKOTAL: After providing a proof of bribe taking from a customer,Fata TESCO chief issued transfer orders of Senior Divisional Officer Jamrud and initiated inquiry against him, TESCO chief said.
Fata TESCO chief Zakaullah Khan Gandapur while talking to mediamen here said that he red-handed caught SDO Jamrud Walayat Mulagori and recovered a handsome amount of cash Walayat Mulagori had taken from a local resident. He said that after distributing illegal electricity to some of the industrialists paying him black money. Gandapur said he had received several complaints against Walayat Mulagori on which he compelled to take action and remove him from his seat. Tesco chief said inquiry was also launched against the alleged SDO and asked him to report to his office. Zakaullah said that several other Tesco employees were also involved in such crime and would be held soon.
Khyber Agency Teachers Union held a meeting in Landikotal where a large number of different schools participated.The meeting, chaired by senior teacher Nasir Shah Afridi, discussed different issues being faced by the primary schools' teachers. Teachers appreciated Chairman Nasir Shah Afridi' role in up-gradation process. They also extended their full support to the union.
Nasir Shah told The News that it was a series of meetings through they bring unity and awareness among Primiry Schools Teachers(PST) for their due rights and duties. He said next meeting would be held soon in Bagh-e-Naraan Peshawar.
